"Who is Brady Burns?"
First and foremost, I'm a certified fitness freak. I started strength training when I was 12 years old.
I was living at the video arcade, spending all my free time playing games. The owner of the arcade befriended me and taught me how to workout in the gym.
This was during the mid 80's and I think he could see into the future and worried about kids becoming lazy, losing their work ethic and spending all their time on computer screens.
He taught me that doing the hard work in the gym to improve my strength, health and confidence was all my responsibility and that if I stuck with it, the results I saw and the things I learned, couldn't be taken away from me by anybody.

"Do I need to go to a gym to do this program?"
Not at all. This program is designed to be done at home with just a couple of pieces of simple, inexpensive equipment.

I am a 77-year-old retired professional who had never previously worked out with a personal trainer.
